Tras el fallo del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF) que le retira su registro como partido político nacional, Nueva Alianza anunció que iniciará los trámites correspondientes en los Organismos Públicos Locales Electorales (OPLEs) para constituir institutos políticos locales en los 21 estados en los que se superó el tres por ciento de la votación válida emitida.
"El plazo durará 10 días de conformidad con el acuerdo emitido por el Consejo General del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE)", indicó el partido en un comunicado.
Nueva Alianza señaló que "el Comité de Dirección Nacional acata la resolución de la Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF), que determinó la pérdida de registro de este instituto como partido político nacional, al confirmar el dictamen INE/CG1301/2018 emitido por el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE)".
Mencionó que las entidades federativas donde la fuerza social turquesa está más viva que nunca son: Aguascalientes, Baja California Sur, Campeche, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Colima, Estado de México, Guanajuato, Hidalgo, Morelos, Nayarit, Nuevo León, Oaxaca, Puebla, San Luis Potosí, Sonora, Tamaulipas, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Yucatán y Zacatecas.
